In this article, we will define what are the pre-existing roles in Konnect Back-Office, as well as the permissions linked to those roles.
Note: Any type of role which is "user" will inherit from the type "administrator" of the same role. A type "administrator" will always have more permissions than a "user". Also, a user can have more than one role associated with it.

Back-Office Administrator
This role will grant access to most of the configuration done in the Back-Office such as product creation and modification, discounts, event groups, product types, etc.
Back-Office User
This role will grant access to only specific parts of the Back-Office to the user, such as viewing the reports. With this role, the user is in "view only" and will not be able to see the different configuration menus.
POS Administrator
This role witl grant the user with access to all the features of the Point of sales, including doing refunds and seeing the menu "Supervisor" (Batches verification).
POS User
This role will grant access to the point of sales to the user, allowing them to make sales, view accounts, view transactions, view reservations and view wallet details. They will not be able to make refunds or see the supervisor menu.
Access Control Administrator
This role will grant the user access to manage the access control configuration via both the Back-Office and the access control app.
Access Control User
This role will simply give access to the user to see the different access points and be able to use (log in) the access control (web or app).
3rd Party Reseller
This role was created to give access to the point of sales to external partners with the least amount of permissions possible. They will only have access to make sales and see their transactions only via the transactions menu. They will also not be able to see the accounts, reservations and wallet menus.
