In order to access your customer portal and see your current open tickets with the Connect & Go support team, you must first log into the Zendesk:

On this page, you will be able to log in if you have already completed the opening of your account and chosen a password.
If you are trying to log in for the first time, and you haven't chosen a password yet, click on "Get a password".
If you already have existing communications with our team, your email address is already in our system. You will access a password reset link, you can enter your email address to receive this link and follow the instructions.
